“Dance Like Miriam”, a musical production for women and girls, was created by the students of Lamplighters Jewish Academy. They based the script on their in-depth research on Miriam the Prophetess.

Set in Egypt in the year 2332 (1429 BCE), the musical performance follows Miriam the Prophetess, sister of Moses, through her experiences during that era.

Miriam speaks to us today, a generation beginning to dance and sing with tambourines in anticipation of the final Redemption!
